The Economic Offences Wing of the Delhi Police has detained two people for allegedly duping 45 homebuyers out of 4.60 crores under the guise of the DDA's Land Pooling Policy, according to Special Commissioner of Police DC Shrivastav.

According to the statement, the defendants are Jatin Gulrajani (39), the society's secretary, and Raj Kumar (42), the land and member facilitator.

According to the statement, the complainants have filed complaints at EOW against the MTNL Employees House Welfare Society, alleging that they have booked flats in the society under the DDA's newly established Land Pooling Policy.

The homebuyers, on the other hand, said there had been no progress on the construction of flats and expressed concerns about probable fraud, according to the statement.
